Having laid a foundation in both commercial and residential property, Amardeep brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. His previous experience includes working at CBRE and for a occupier specialist real estate company. More recently, Amardeep has worked in corporate real estate for well-established international companies such as Boeing, Standard Chartered Bank, Eaton and Owens Corning.
Amardeep graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2007, where he undertook an MSc in Real Estate Development and Investment. He then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010.
His experience and drive to provide the best services has allowed Amardeep to provide clients with detailed advice and ensure that his clients are aware of potential risks. Amardeep looks at ways to grow the business strategically into the next phase by working closely with his team. Just like everyone in the team, Amardeep strives to make sure clients are taken care of and are given transparency which helps in repeat business and referrals.
Dirk has been part of the team for over twenty years, and previously worked as a Residential Valuation Surveyor for Countrywide Surveyors.
His keen eye for detail, meaningful and straightforward advice allows clients to make accurate and informed decisions. Dirk undertakes RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys on behalf of prospective purchasers, along with Valuations and Party Wall Awards.
Dirk qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1997. Over the years, Dirk has had experience of working in the public and private sectors, thus enabling him to appreciate different clientele requirements. His expertise ranges from asset valuations, defect investigations to condition surveys and valuations for lending purposes, and more.
Roger founded the previous company and has been at the helm for over thirty-five years. His extensive experience as a Valuation Surveyor spans over forty years, amassing skills and services both contemporary and traditional, which aids clients with different views and perspectives. Roger has also worked with several large banks over the years and has earned his place as a trusted advisor on a number of panels. Throughout his career, Roger has established excellent relationships within the industry, and is a well-respected Member of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association (ISVA) and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV).
His experience, passion for the profession and integrity has enabled Roger to continue his work in surveying as a Consultant for both existing and new clients.
